The business owner logs in, fills out a guided setup form about their business (products, pricing, FAQs, team availability), and within minutes has a live phone number they can forward leads to. The agent handles the rest: qualifying, answering, scheduling, and logging to CRM.

05 — Out of Scope for MVP

To ship a focused, testable MVP within 12–16 weeks, the following are explicitly out of scope and will be addressed in V2:

  • Multi-vertical TemplatesMVP ships only the Automotive vertical. Real estate, insurance, clinics follow in V2.
  • Native CRM IntegrationsNo Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho sync in V1. A CSV export and manual copy from dashboard suffices.
  • Multi-agent / Team WorkflowsOne agent per workspace in MVP. Team seat management and escalation routing deferred.
  • Live Call TakeoverOwner cannot join a live call in V1. They receive a real-time notification and can call the lead back directly.
  • Regional Language CallsMVP supports English only. Hindi and regional language (Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam) support in V2 via multilingual STT/TTS models.
